Little Surprises

Owen's new thing: throwing things down the stairs.  He tip toes to reach over the gate & then just lets it go.  The crazy part is, this is only the stuff you can see from the top.  There are a ton of other things that bounced into the other rooms.  Once he empties out his basket of balls, he starts yelling at me, to go and retrieve them all, Real nice!!!

"Bart & the Beast"

My dad has this old snow blower that he's just had sitting in storage & Bart's been dying for a "BIG" snow blower to take care of our driveway, so he convinced my dad to let him have a try at this thing. We got it all fixed up and running and Bart was hoping for a good snow storm so he could try this baby out. He got his wish... It was about 11 pm when there was enough snow, but Bart was so excited he couldn't wait. He fired up the "Beast" & was smiling the whole time.

Good thing we got that 2" of snow off our driveway, I don't know what we would've done...

Who needs an Umbrella?

Apparently we do!!!

I had Kasey take some family pictures of us in November.  She is so talented and we needed a family picture.  The weather was awful but I love the pictures.  Umbrella's aren't usually something I have on hand, but I'm beginning to think it's essential if we are ever to have an outdoor photo shoot.  I guess we started out with an  umbrella it's only fair to keep it going!
