My aunt gave me the cutest set of argyle socks for Owen. I have been coordinating his outfits based on these socks because, I absolutely LOVE them.

Well, last week through one of Owen's laundry batches, when they came out we were missing one red sock & one blue sock. I have searched the house high & low to no avail. I refolded all the laundry to check to see if they got stuck with static. I've practically climbed in both the washer & dryer looking. I've been through every crack & crevice in the laundry room & every other room. And nothing.

So yesterday I pull Owen's laundry out and start to fold it and put it away, and low and be behold the red sock shows up. I'm completely baffled. Yeah, maybe it got stuck in one of his clothing items feet or something. The only problem with that is everything I washed he's either worn or used. I think I would have noticed a sock in the clothes when I was dressing him. Did the washer or dryer swallow it and just decide to spit one back up?

I sure hope it spits the blue sock out quickly. That would save me from having to order a whole new set.
