Seriously? Not Again!!!

So, December was a pretty crazy month. I usually try to cook 1 real meal a week. But December, that kinda went out the window. We had an Aggie game to go to so I had this great idea to just throw some grilled cheese sandwiches together. I had never made them myself before, but they can't be that hard, right? Well, leave it to me to screw that up too. I guess you don't cook them on high heat, my dad informed me of that rule later. The first one was charred to a crisp, after charring one side, I thought I could salvage the other side, nope charred again. Well, I gave that sandwich to Bart thinking I'd do better the next time and I would have a good sandwich, well mine was worse, TOTALLY BLACK, both sides. The spatula burned as well, I loved that spatula, I got it from my grandma. The kitchen was full of smoke and the frying pan started popping, maybe it was hot grease? I was totally depressed. I mean what does that say if you can't do grilled cheese sandwiches?
